The legal age is 18 in:
- Alberta
The legal age is 19 in:
- British Columbia
- Manitoba
- New Brunswick
- Newfoundland and Labrador
- Northwest Territories
- Nova Scotia
- Nunavut
- Ontario
- Prince Edward Island
- Saskatchewan
- Yukon
The legal age is 21 in:
- Quebec
However, cannabis can only be sold legally through
- government-run online or retail sites, or
- provincially licensed private retail stores or online sites.
