• Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis Act and Regulations
• British Columbia Gaming Control Act and Regulations
• Manitoba The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act and Regulations
• New Brunswick Gaming Control Act
• Newfoundland and Labrador Lotteries Act
• Northwest Territories and Nunavut Western Canada Lottery Act 
• Nova Scotia Gaming Control Act and Regulations
• Ontario Ontario Gaming Control Act and Regulations
• Prince Edward Island Lotteries Commission Act
• Quebec Act respecting the Quebec Lottery Corporation and Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines 
• Saskatchewan The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act and Regulations
• Yukon Public Lotteries Act

Provincial legislation may also include regulations relating to specific types of gaming, such as lotteries, casinos, bingo, and charitable gaming.
