British Columbia: Online gambling is legal through PlayNow, operated by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

Manitoba: Online gambling is legal through PlayNow, operated by the Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba.

New Brunswick: Online gambling is not offered by the provincial government, but residents can visit regulated international online gambling websites.

Newfoundland and Labrador: Online gambling is not offered by the provincial government, but residents can visit regulated international online gambling websites.

Nova Scotia: Online gambling is not offered by the provincial government, but residents can visit regulated international online gambling websites.

Ontario is the only province that licenses and regulates third-party online gambling sites, such as casino and sports betting websites run by operators from the United States and Europe. These sites are licensed and regulated by iGaming Ontario (iGO), a subsidiary of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Online operators must register with the AGCO and secure a Letter of Agreement with iGO.

Prince Edward Island: Online gambling is not offered by the provincial government, but residents can visit regulated international online gambling websites.

Quebec: Online gambling is legal through the government-operated website Espacejeux.

Saskatchewan: Online gambling is not offered by the provincial government, but residents can visit regulated international online gambling websites
